Return, Refunds and Exchange Policy

PompisStore.com prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 15 days. Restrictions apply to certain merchandise, please see below for details.

Return Policy (Online Purchases):

Returns are accepted within 15 days of your order’s ship date. FINAL SALES: All items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

Accessories are non returnable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Underwear or Intimates are don’t applicable for exchange, credit, or refunds.

For all another items, merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, and contain all original packaging, including attached tags, labels and sanitary liner (for swimwear) intact and must be accompanied by the original return form and the original receipt. All items will be thoroughly inspected before returns are processed. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return. Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

Merchandise must be sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) parcel service within 15 days of the date of package received. Returns will be processed within 10 business days from the date the item is received at our warehouse. Once the return is processed you will be notified via email.

Refunds:

When requesting a refund, transactions will be processed using the original form of payment (Credit Card or PayPal). This process will be take 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, refunds may take up to 2 billing cycles to be credited to your account. The value credited shall be equal to the value paid, and the transaction shall be conditioned in accordance to the stipulations of the original offer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Payments made entirely by a representative not apply for refund (Credit Card). We will send you a check with the item amount via postal mail to the address provided on your account in www.pompisstores.com.

Exchange Policy (Online Purchases):

We will gladly exchange merchandise as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached with the original receipt. After receiving and evaluating the exchange merchandise, the customer has to pay the shipping fees of the new article.

We want you to wear the perfect skinny jeans size! That’s why we are going to make exchange on size (one time only). This exchange only applied for Maripily Skinny Jeans with no additional cost. Exchange of regular size to plus size have a extra charge of $3.00.

All exchanges are subject to availability. By the time your exchange order is processed, the item(s) you have requested may be sold out completely but we can offer similar merchandise. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation via email.

In the event of an exchange of merchandise purchased on promotional offer, the value credited shall be equal to the value paid and the transaction shall be conditioned in accordance to the stipulations of the original offer.

Returns and Exchange for Reasons of Defect or Damage (Online Purchases):

All returns and exchanges must take place within 15 days of the original purchase. In the case of returns and exchanges due to defective merchandise the customer will be offered one of the following alternatives by agreement between both parties: merchandise repair, exchange, or a refund equal to the value paid with the payment method used for the original transaction.

Defective merchandise refers to all merchandise showing manufacturing flaws or defects. The term defective does not include flaws arising from excessive or improper use, scratches, worn or faded soles, damage or loss of ornaments, faded merchandise, merchandise that stains the skin or stockings, discomfort, or incorrect size.

Returns to Warehouse (Online Purchases):

• Complete the Return & Exchange Form as instructed and enclose it with your return package.
• Pack & seal the merchandise securely in the original box (if possible) with the original receipt of purchase.
• Piad and affix the return USPS (United Sates Postal Service) label to the outside of the return package.
• Drop off at any USPS (United Sates Postal Service) location.

Exchange Policy (Stores):

It may be returned to any Pompis Store located in Puerto Rico for an exchange or store credit towards your next purchase. Please email us or call to provide you further instructions. Contact us via email at customerservice@pompisstores.com or call 787-788-0990 Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. We don’t make refunds in our stores.

Credits

Merchandise Credits are valid since the moment of issue for a period of 30 days and will applied to the bearer. Merchandise credits expire in 30 days and belong to the bearer. They cannot be cancelled, replaced or transferred.
